Having grown up in the UK, the Netherlands was always an easy trip to the Continent. I made the most of that, and since moving to Copenhagen, I have also revisited the country multiple times. Amsterdam is beautiful, sure… but the country has plenty of other lovely towns and cities. Haarlem, Utrecht, and Rotterdam are three of my favorites.
